Special conference prices for accommodation have been arranged for the following hotels:

Accommodation in the area of Agios Ioannis or in the nearby Mykonos town (4.5km from the venu, which is 10 min by bus or car) can be found through all major hotel booking sites. Please check the maps that your acoommodation is either within walking distance from the venue or that it is served by public transportation (check here for the bus route to Agios Ioannis (Ai Giannis) and here for the timetable during summer). Sharing a rental car from a more remote location may also be an attractive option.

The following block reservations at special conference rates have expired and rooms are subject to availability at regular prices:

1. Saint John Resort (venue - 50 rooms total - please book early to secure a room!)

Hotel Petinos is located at Platis Gialos at a distance of 5km from the venue. A bus will be arranged to transfer the participants to and from Saint John Resort at the beginning and ending of each session.

3. Bellissimo Resort (5 rooms total - please book early to secure a room!)

The hotel is located at 10min (600m) walking distance from the venue.

Reservations are made directly on the hotel's reservation website. To unlock the above special conference prices, you will need a special Booking Code. Please contact the organizing committee of NEB-17 for requesting the booking code, after you submit your registration to the conference (you can also include this request directly in your registration form for the conference). Please contact the hotel for information on cancellation policies. Transportation from/to the airport can be arranged at a price of 15 euro, by contacting the hotel directly.

4. Panthea Residence (7 rooms total - please book early to secure a room!)

Note that the above hotel does not provide breakfast at its premises.

The hotel is located at 7min (400m) walking distance from the venue.

Reservations are made by contacting directly the hotel via email or using the following form. You will be asked to provide credit card details. To make use of the above special conference rates, it is necessary that you mention the "NEB-17 RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN GRAVITY" block reservation, otherwise the normal rates will apply. There are no cancellation fees up to 14 days before arrival, after that the cancellation fee is the rate of two nights.
